With over 19 years of experience in the beverage alcohol CPG industry, Harry has a proven track record of developing innovative plans, building high-performing teams, and creating successful products. His journey spans a diverse range of companies, from ambitious startups to renowned multinationals like The Wine Group, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Anheuser-Busch, and Southern Glazer's.

Harry has expertly managed high-visibility business units with annual sales of up to $250 million, operations budgets up to $35 million and portfolios of up to 50+ products and over 2,500 SKUs. He has extensive experience across all categories (beer, wine, and spirits), market types (open, control, and franchise), and channels of trade, including grocery, convenience, club, national accounts, on-premise, and travel retail.

His unique strengths include executive P&L responsibility, fundraising expertise, and a rich blend of entrepreneurial and corporate background. He has led teams of up to 14 direct reports across four verticals: sales, marketing, merchandising, and product development. Additionally, he has overseen multiple national and regional teams across various time zones.

Harry excels in developing long and short-range business plans that include revenue targets and both internal and external sales scorecards. He has sat on multiple executive committees focused on budgeting, training and development, compensation, and corporate reorganizations. His certifications in financial, product, and data analytics enable him to assist in complex business planning and drive growth through data-driven insights.
